Welcome to the start of your journey, actually this time. I'm sure you've been mislead by magic products, hacks, and secrets that you had to pay for to be told. Weight loss is not something that happens overnight, and that frustrates a lot of people, but if you're willing to be patient and do it the right way, it doesn't have to be restricting or impossible to stay consistent with.
